A Spa-Style Ensuite Bath with Storage to Spare

What makes an ensuite bath luxurious? Is it the quality of the materials? The sheer size of the space? The amenities? The colour palette?

For these homeowners, luxury came in the form of updating their current master bath into a peaceful, efficient space where function and beauty co-exist.

High on their wish list was incorporating a large shower that felt open but offered privacy.

By combining a solid wall with glass, these homeowners are able to enjoy the feeling of an open space without sacrificing privacy.

With the wonderful amount of space we had to work with, we were able to incorporate a much larger shower into the master bath design.

Increased storage was also a priority and this new design delivered, and then some!

Floor-to-ceiling shaker cabinetry keeps clutter to a minimum.

In addition to the floor-to-ceiling pantry wall, above-and-below counter storage and side-by-side undermount sinks ensure there is ample room for two to live in harmony.

Set atop porcelain floor tile, the freestanding tub completes the feeling of luxury and transforms an ordinary ensuite into a relaxing spa space for two.
